PROCESSING TIME

Every item is handcrafted to order just for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to make and customize your piece before it ships. I'll always do my best to get it to you sooner, and I'll be in touch if anything affects your timeline.

WHERE I SHIP

I currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING TIME AND CARRIERS

Once your item is finished, it ships via a trusted carrier (such as USPS). Standard transit typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows a problem or your package seems lost, please contact me at info@mysrmcreations.com and I'll help however I can.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not able to be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but reach out and I'll do my best to assist.
