Refund policy

Thank you for supporting handmade.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Because every SRM Creations item is custom made to order — cut, sewn, and personalized to your color and material choices — I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, and I do not offer refunds once an order is in production.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Plans change, and that's okay! You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, before I begin making your item. To cancel, contact me right away at info@mysrmcreations.com with your order number. After 24 hours, your materials have been cut and work has begun, so the order can no longer be canceled.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your satisfaction matters to me. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@mysrmcreations.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I review these situations individually and will work with you to make it right.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
